DELIVERY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions for private customers and companies, including institutions.

Purchasing
The purchase is valid as soon as you, as the customer, place an order.
We reserve the right for force majeure.

Prices and Contracts
All prices include 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are valid only within the borders of Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. All contracts are concluded in Danish.

Sales in General
Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days. Exceptions are made for items marked as "special order" with longer delivery times. The usual delivery time is 8-12 weeks for these items. Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 business days after dispatch. All items are shipped via GLS or PostNord. Please note that GLS does not deliver packages over 20 kg to upper floors. Larger furniture items are delivered by our own vehicle or furniture transport, with delivery arranged accordingly. For orders under 700 DKK, a fee of 39 DKK is added.


For items made according to your specifications or clearly personalized, a 50% prepayment will be required before the order is processed. The right of withdrawal and return are void for special orders.

 

Delivery:

Indoor Delivery
When purchasing indoor delivery, your items will be delivered to the agreed location on the address, provided there is clear access. Please ensure that the furniture can pass stairwells, door openings, entrances, etc. If we are unable to deliver due to space restrictions, we will retain the shipping fee and charge a new shipping fee for return or re-delivery. Please note that, for legal reasons, our drivers are not allowed to remove their shoes during delivery. We recommend covering the floor, which should be done before the drivers arrive.

Curbside Delivery
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse on Thursday in the confirmed delivery week. Once customer service has confirmed the delivery week, you will receive an email with the shipping date. The courier will deliver within a 4-hour time frame, and you will receive an SMS with the time window the day before delivery. Delivery will be made to the curbside, and the driver will contact you 30 minutes before delivery and will knock/ring the bell upon arrival.

If you are not at home, the driver will return the item, and you will be contacted for a redelivery, which will incur an additional charge of 149 DKK. Changes in delivery days may occur due to holidays and busy periods.

Address Changes:
If an address change or delivery time change is required, please contact Interiorshop.dk customer service as soon as possible. You will be charged 149 DKK for changes made after the booking has been confirmed on Wednesday in the delivery week.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or annul an already placed order, it should generally be done in the same manner as the order was placed. Alternatively, you can send an email to kundeservice@interiorshop.dk with the subject "Cancellation". Include the time of order and the order number. If you received an order confirmation by email, you can return it to the sender with "Cancellation" in the subject line. Cancellation should be made before 4:00 PM on the same day the order was placed.

Order Confirmation
Interiorshop keeps the order confirmation after it has been sent to the customer.

Payment
When you order items from Interiorshop.dk, we will send you an order confirmation by email as a confirmation that the order has been received. You will then receive an email when the item is shipped. When paying by credit card, the payment will be processed as soon as the item is shipped.

Anyday
With Anyday, you can pay over 4 months. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining balance is paid over the next 3 months. Simply choose Anyday as the payment method. If you do not have an Anyday account, you will be directed to approval and registration before completing your purchase. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time.

 

Amount Reservation
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds are reserved on your card or account until:

We charge the amount when we ship the item, or

The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

ViaBill

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your items. Then, you need to pay your monthly installment on the same date each month.

If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will be canceled.

CANCELLATION AND COMPLAINT RIGHTS

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The 30-day withdrawal period starts from the day you physically receive the item. If you ordered multiple items in one order, which are delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period applies from the day you receive the last item. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to kundeservice@interiorshop.dk or by using our withdrawal form. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without informing us.

Partial Cancellation of Purchase

If you have purchased several items, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns
You must return the order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery. If you use return labels from Interiorshop.dk, 39 DKK will be deducted from the refund for each return shipment. For furniture and larger shipments that cannot be returned via standard shipping, please contact customer service, and we can provide an estimate for a reasonable return shipping price.

The return shipping costs for these items are expected to be a maximum of 995 DKK.

The absence of the original packaging will result in a depreciation of the product's value. To ensure a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging, which has not been damaged or taped.

No Right of Withdrawal

For items made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Condition of the Item When You Return It
You are only liable for any depreciation of the product’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store, but you must not actually use it.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, meaning that upon cancellation, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the product's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean you will only get back the shipping costs.

Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid to us back. In the case of depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs incurred from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of returning it.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Right to Complain
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain, meaning you can have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. This is, of course, contingent on the complaint being justified.
If the product unexpectedly breaks during the complaint period, and the complaint is justified, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer’s workshop. Damage caused by user errors, mishandling, modifications, or gross misuse is not covered by the right to complain. This includes changes to the power supplied to any relevant component. Interiorshop.dk cannot be held responsible for indirect consequential damages caused by products sold by Interiorshop.dk, unless this follows directly from Danish law. Further procedures for complaints can be found in the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Using the Right to Complain
Complaints regarding faults and defects must be reported to Interiorshop.dk within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely. Therefore, we always encourage our customers to check the products upon receipt. In case of visible transport damage, such as dents and scratches on the packaging, which cause faults and defects to the product, please complain as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days, with necessary details and pictures.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in secure packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.
The customer is strongly encouraged to provide a statement about the product's defect or fault when making the complaint, as failure to do so may extend the troubleshooting process. The customer can file a complaint by returning the defective item by mail to our address. Items not covered by the right to complain will incur a charge corresponding to Interiorshop.dk’s costs for returning the item. Items returned by cash on delivery or sent without postage will be refused by Interiorshop.dk.

Proper Return
All products returned to Interiorshop.dk must be properly packed. Interiorshop.dk recommends that the item be returned via PostNord or GLS, and that the item is sent as a parcel. This way, the package can be tracked, and it removes any doubt about whether the item has been delivered to Interiorshop.dk. Furthermore, the customer has the option to track the package if delivery has not taken place.
The absence of the original packaging will result in a depreciation of the product's value, so to ensure a full refund, it is recommended that the item be returned in its original packaging, without damage or tape.

Returned Items That Are Not Defective
When a customer returns defective or incorrect items to Interiorshop.dk, and no defect is found as defined and stated by the customer, the item will be returned to the customer. Interiorshop.dk reserves the right to charge for shipping costs by cash on delivery if no credit agreement is in place. If accessories are included, the quantity and product description must be provided. Items should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the purchase date of the complained product, as the item will otherwise be put aside until the invoice copy and possible defect report are received.

To be able to complain, the product or service you are complaining about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. A fee will be charged to process the complaint.

Interiorshop.dk tracks your browsing behavior (e.g., viewed categories, brands, products) to improve the products and offers we show you.
