The expression is calm and well-considered. A sofa that keeps its shape – even when it changes function. The construction is open and cut back to the strictly necessary. A simple, raw design language. The solid pine frame stands with clean lines, sturdy dimensions and a clear constructive logic. Striking joints and visible construction are part of the design – details that are not hidden, but showcased. This gives the sofa its raw precision and its honest, crafted expression. The crosswise back beam runs horizontally through the frame and brings the form together in a clear, graphic gesture. The silhouette stands sharp in the room – light in expression, yet strong in character. And despite its reduced expression, BARE offers generous comfort – both in the seat and in the full back cushions that create softness and balance. The comfort is built on an integrated box mattress with spring coils, providing stable support both as a sofa and as a bed. It is a real sleeping surface – not a stopgap solution. The cushions are easily removed, and the mattress lies in full length and width. The transition is simple.
