Description
Poulin Design, in collaboration with the renowned French weaver Jules Pansu, has designed this art pillow with a motif by the Danish self-taught painter Carl-Henning Pedersen. The cushion cover is woven in an exclusive quality without the use of chemicals and comes with a Danish-made quality fitted cushion with duck feather and down filling.

Carl-Henning Pedersen was born on September 23, 1913 in Copenhagen. As a young man he dreamed of becoming a composer or architect, but after a stay at the International Folk High School, where he met his first wife, Else Alfelt, he fell in love with the world of art. During his career, Carl-Henning Pedersen gained international recognition through his association with the CoBrA movement, which was founded by Danish artist Asger Jorn, among others. The international association of artists and poets had a dream of spreading popular art that could help awaken the creative side of the individual.
