The KEYSTONE lounge chair is inspired by the architecture of a Roman bridge, where the arch, the supporting elements and the end stone together create a harmonious and stable construction. Originally developed as a 450 kilogram sculpture in concrete, rubber and ceramic, the chair has been transformed into a functional piece of furniture in collaboration with the design duo OS & OOS. The chair consists of three distinctive elements - a solid backrest, a slightly curved seat and a wedge-shaped centerpiece that together create a comfortable and inviting seating experience. Its robust shape and playful expression also make it ideal for homes with children. KEYSTONE is upholstered in exclusive fabrics from Kvadrat and is available in a wide range of color combinations to easily match any interior. A visual statement chair that combines artistic edge with practicality in both private and public spaces.
