Description
Louis Poul Henningsen's iconic, beloved and world-renowned Artichoke is designed by Poul Henningsen. Originally called the PH Artichoke, it is available in 2 sizes Ø48 or Ø60. The PH Artichoke from Louis Poulsen is made in either Copper, Brass, White, Black, Brushed or Lacquered steel. Poul Henningsen is famous for his many beautiful and well-designed lamps, and the PH Ball is no exception. It was designed in 1958 for the Langelinie Pavilion in Copenhagen.

The luminaire consists of 72 leaves distributed in 12 rows and their carefully chosen placement provides a totally glare-free light, regardless of angle. To ensure the high level of quality, much of the production process is still carried out by hand.
