Helle Damkjær finds her inspiration by traveling the world and for the Bloom series she found her inspiration by traveling through the beautiful and unique landscapes of Asia where one spring she experienced the overwhelming beauty of cherry blossoms when they are in full bloom. The delicate and soft contours of the cherry blossom shape inspired her to create the Bloom series for Georg Jensen. Helle Damkjær only designs products in the best materials and with a focus on the organic design language.
