The new cookbook from the team behind Osteria 16 presents 80 simple recipes created with a few exquisite ingredients inspired by Italian cuisine. The dishes range from antipasti, pasta, and risotto to polenta, green dishes, and desserts, intended for informal family-style serving, as at the popular Osteria 16 restaurants. Behind it are childhood friends Morten Kaltoft, an award-winning chef with experience from, among others, Era Ora and Famo, and artist Emil Alsbo, known from the art group Telefon Til Chefen and exhibitions at, among others, Charlottenborg. Together, they run several restaurants, including Osteria 16 and Spaghetteria. The foreword is written by Synne Rifbjerg.
